Apprentice, Trainee (Post Market Surveillance)

Effectively manage and process complaints and Vigilance reports, including collaborating with internal stakeholders. Responsibilities include collecting complaint data, following up with customers, determining reportability, creating regulatory reports (e.g., MDRs), evaluating complaints for investigation, and coordinating sample retrieval. Requires a Bachelor's degree, strong communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office within a highly-regulated environment.
