Business Operations Associate (GIFT City)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and execution-focused Business Operations & Analyst professional to support the day-to-day operations of our US Stocks business under Groww IFSC. This role will be responsible for business monitoring, operational execution, customer grievance management, and ensuring critical business metrics remain within defined thresholds. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, operational discipline, and the ability to coordinate effectively across internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless business operations and superior customer experience. Experience in banking, brokerage, fintech, or capital markets operations with 3-4 years of experience is preferred. Location: GIFT City, Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
