Graduate Engineer Trainee (NOC)

The Graduate Engineer Trainee position is designed for engineers interested in modern Network Operations Center environments. Unlike a traditional helpdesk role, this position focuses on an automation-first NOC, where monitoring, scripting, observability, cloud technologies, and continuous improvement play an important role. The selected candidate will work with network and infrastructure teams to monitor systems, troubleshoot incidents, manage tickets, support automation initiatives, and improve operational processes.
