The Software Engineer Trainee position at Vantiva is designed for fresh engineering graduates to develop software engineering skills within the telecom and connected technologies domain. Responsibilities include assisting in the design, development, and testing of software modules, participating in debugging and code reviews, and working with embedded, wireless, and IoT-based solutions. Candidates will receive mentorship to understand telecom domain concepts such as network architecture, communication protocols, and signal processing. Applicants must have a BE/B.Tech degree with at least 6.5 CGPA and no active backlogs. Proficiency in C, C++, Java, or Python, alongside strong computer networking and DSA fundamentals, is required. The role also necessitates working knowledge of AI productivity tools like Copilot.
